This community facility is home to the Sioux Falls Youth Hockey Association, the Sioux Falls Figure Skating Club, practice home of the Sioux Falls Stampede Hockey Club, adult hockey leagues, open public recreational skating, the Sioux Falls Curling Club, corporate gatherings and birthday parties!
Utilizing land provided by Sanford Health, the SCHEELS IcePlex became the northern-most building on the Sanford Sports Complex -- a dynamic, emerging campus committed to youth sports and recreational opportunities in northern Sioux Falls, just west of the regional airport.
Built for our youth and funded largely by private donations, this community facility is a reality because of the generosity of countless individuals, SCHEELS, Sanford Health, the local business community and the City of Sioux Falls.
